Very good experience. Everything was great until I went to pay. I called ahead to get the price of a tire rotation and was given the price of 25.00. So, once everything was completed, they said I needed new wipers and a new air filter. I heard the price of the air filter to be 29.99. as well. So I said I would let my brother do the wipers and since the cost for the filter was not bad. I approved that to be done. When going to pay for everything, the air filter was actually 54.00 and the rotation was 29.99. So I am now out over $80.00 that I had not planned on. I would not have done either one if I had known ahead of time the cost was not what was quoted. Next time I will ask before any work is done so this does not happen to me in the future. More

Absolutely atrocious service. I bought a brand new Kia Telluride at the beginning of November. Had it for three weeks and now it's been in the shop for three weeks with NO diagnos I bought a brand new Kia Telluride at the beginning of November. Had it for three weeks and now it's been in the shop for three weeks with NO diagnosis and NO timeline for when it will be fixed. I have to follow-up repeatedly to see what is going on and they have no clue. Zack and Anthony in the service department said "At least you might get a new engine out of it!". NO. This is a BRAND NEW car. Totally unacceptable. Do not purchase a vehicle from here. In fact, do not purchase a Kia. More
