My second visit to this "new" facility. 1st time was a 3 out of 5. This time a 4 out of 5. Payton used to take care of my Navigator at a prior location. She is awesome!! I conveyed what I needed, and she made sure they successfully completed the tasks. The next visit, we shoot for a 5 out of 5. For the record, Payton and her colleagues scored a 7.5 out of 5 at her prior location. Now, I will assess the cumulative automotive IQ at this location and hope they measure up.
