My car is not drivable due to a malfunction and recall with Kia’s manufacturing. My entire engine has to be replaced which is covered under Kia’s lifetime warranty. However this dealer promised a loaner c with Kia’s manufacturing. My entire engine has to be replaced which is covered under Kia’s lifetime warranty. However this dealer promised a loaner car while my car undergoes repairs, but after 7 days has done nothing to accommodate my issue. The staff seem unenthused to help with this matter, short and sharp with evasive responses, and make me feel unwanted as a melanated customer. My calls, texts, and requests remain unanswered. Even when speaking to the higher ups after my concerns were escalated, I’ve been treated horribly by each individual in this establishment. Again, this is a warrantied issue that has absolutely nothing to do with anything I’ve done. My car has no lien and no note, yet this is the appreciation I receive as a loyal customer. Completely Disappointed and dissatisfied! More

Adam sat down with us and listened, cared what we had to say and understood our needs. He was caring, compassionate, and professional. He was able to help put us into a 2025 Kia Sorento that we absolutely love. Adam and Patrick helped us get into our dream car with a warranty that will give us a peace of mind for years to come. Patrick was thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He showed us every nook and button on our car. They both worked late in the evening to get our deal closed. We couldn't be any happier with our purchase and look forward to doing business with them in the years to come. I highly recommend Patrick and Adam if you are in the market for a new car. Our buying experience was great. However, 3 months later our vehicle completely shut down due to engine failure. This is a newer vehicle that came with what they will tell everyone, an "excellent extended warranty." One reason we went with Kia was because of this so called "great warranty". Our vehicle sat in their parking lot for 3 and a half weeks with out being touched. My wife had to make call after call on the day they finally did take a look at it. We were basically laughed at when asking about a loaner or rental. We asked again today because it's been over a month now and we were told they would look into it and let us know but like every other call we make asking for something, we've heard nothing back. It takes dozens of calls to get someone on the phone and after a month it is still being insinuated that this is somehow our fault. Our salesman won't even return our texts or calls. This entire process has been heartbreaking. At least we get to hear how great the waranty is on the radio 10 times a day! More

Did not honor the price they agreed to and signed off on. Finance Director withheld breakdown of costs from me (he gave me a USB drive with documents, even though he was sending docs to his printer), so I di Finance Director withheld breakdown of costs from me (he gave me a USB drive with documents, even though he was sending docs to his printer), so I didn't see an unauthorized charge for about $600 that I was never informed of when I made the deal, which was only supposed to add taxes, title and license. I asked for refund of unauthorized charge but was refused. Be prepared to pay surprise add-on costs if you want to do business here. More
