This is a newer vehicle that came with what they will tell everyone, an "excellent extended warranty." One reason we went with Kia was because of this so called "great warranty". Our vehicle sat in their parking lot for 3 and a half weeks with out being touched. My wife had to make call after call on the day they finally did take a look at it. We were basically laughed at when asking about a loaner or rental. We asked again today because it's been over a month now and we were told they would look into it and let us know but like every other call we make asking for something, we've heard nothing back. It takes dozens of calls to get someone on the phone and after a month it is still being insinuated that this is somehow our fault. Our salesman won't even return our texts or calls. This entire process has been heartbreaking. At least we get to hear how great the waranty is on the radio 10 times a day! More

Did not honor the price they agreed to and signed off on. I had both good and bad experiences when I purchased a used car in May 2024. I got a car I like, and the people on staff were pleasant. I saw a line item called Special Benefit Package priced at $598. I asked the person who printed the contract what that was, he said he didn't know. Three months after I bought the car, I received a booklet in the mail describing some wonderful benefits of the Package. When I called the company who sent the booklet, they looked up my info and told me all it covered was towing, it only lasts 18 months, I had to pay for towing and they would consider whether to reimburse me. This is USELESS. I already have AAA, they do not charge $600 for 1 year of towing membership. MAKE SURE THEY GO OVER EVERY LINE ITEM ON THE CONTRACT BEFORE YOU DRIVE AWAY IN ONE OF THEIR VEHICLES. It also took them over 2 months to repair a defect in the vehicle, that I had pointed out to the salesman when I took delivery on the vehicle. They will pull anything they can if you don't call them on the carpet for every line item. More
