They kept Niro from Friday to Tuesday (we had loaner Soul) during which time they lost our key and did not initiate any calls for update. They found our key but still we have 33 mi per gallon mileage instead of 50's. No return call from service manager so far (Thur) More

We have a lot of questions of the car going into the process, but the test drive really eliminated a bunch of worries. Terri sat us down, broke down the car and provide all the remaining information we needed. At that point we were down to the Toyota RAV4 Hybrid and the Niro and my girlfriend needed to test drive the RAV4 again to be able to come to a decision. Terri was amazing, never pushed us for a sale. Fully understood we needed time to make a big decision and relied on the car being what sold us. After a RAV4 test drive and some food, we knew we wanted the Niro and we knew what our budget was. The negotiation was simple and we were happy with the agreed price. At the end of the day, Terri did her job perfectly for us which was to provide us with as much information as possible and then let us make our decision on our own time. Thank you Terri! More
