my vehicle spends a lot of time here. most times I have to come back twice because they send the vehicle home not fixed. I've had more issues with this shop compared to pleasant run ins. My 2022 Kia Niro EV has been in the shop for over two weeks with only updates of running diagnostics. I have been patient but this has gotten far out of hand. Adam has been a kind tech but doesn't have too many updates. This was the only vehicle update I had in over a week. "Hello Sir. sorry that sales did not contact you. I do not think Moe came in yesterday or today. I also wanted to give an update. we are still doing tests on the vehicle". I have spoken with "Moe" from sales on 1/31 and got blown off when asking how to go about getting a new ev6 or ev9 (willing to work with Kia still even though I don't have a reason to trust them). He is supposed to be calling back but that seems like a long shot at this point at over a week past the initial phone call. I bought my vehicle brand new. It has less than 60k miles on it and is an absolute lemon. Hoping that Kia cant figure out how to fix this car and that I can cut ties with them once and for all. Kia may be a little more expensive the bolt or leaf but you might be fooling yourself if you think your getting any extra value. Stay away from Car Pros Kia. More
