I tried calling that Saturday morning, but the line was busy and the wait was long. Sorta hoping I could wait and get the oil changed (and expecting to wait HOURS), I went into the service department just before 9 o'clock. By 10 o'clock that Saturday morning -- A SCANT HOUR LATER -- I was paying and bill and walking out the door. Yippee!!! More
