Asked for a 16,000 mile service on my Telluride and did not receive what is recommended. Was told that a 15,000 mile service was the same thing. It is not. Tacoma. I worked with salesperson Autumn Siers, and she was excellent. Almost all of my communication with the dealership leading up to the lease signing too I worked with salesperson Autumn Siers, and she was excellent. Almost all of my communication with the dealership leading up to the lease signing took place via email with Autumn. Her correspondence was consistently prompt and very much to the point. After a number of backs and forths, I made an offer and Autumn agreed to my offer. The only hiccup was when a sales manager, Marcus, said he could not agree to the deal I had reached with Autumn and offered less favorable terms to me. When I said I only would sign a lease that abided by the terms I had agreed to with Autumn, I did not hear from the dealership for 24 hours. The next day, Marcus came back with a “final offer” that was essentially the same thing I had agreed to with Autumn the day before—just a couple numbers had been moved around. The sales manager’s effort to change a deal agreed to in writing was a minor inconvenience that delayed closing the deal for 24 hours. Once again, Autumn was excellent to work with. After my wife and I went to the dealership to sign the lease and pick up the car, Autumn spent over an hour in the car (after the dealership had closed) showing my wife how the EV worked. She was very helpful and engaged. I would recommend anyone working with her More

The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I was told someone would call and check in with me the next day and again a few days later and I have not received any phone calls or emails, other than a first day thank you from Dean. I had a previous problem with Car Pros KIA Tacoma with their sales representative not being truthful and trying to fix the prices. I finally got the problem solved with using another representative (Mo Ra their sales representative not being truthful and trying to fix the prices. I finally got the problem solved with using another representative (Mo Rabah), but the whole process was painful. On December 4th, 2024 we were dealing with another sales person and we were offered a price and we countered for $4,000 less. Sales person went back to their boss and returned with the comment "OK, everything is good on the price". They placed a line on the paper and asked us to sign, my wife signed and I started and looked at the price and they only took off $1,000. My wife and I were extremely mad and asked him what the xxxx is going on and why did he lie! He just stood their for about 15 seconds and then said how about I take off another $500. We asked him why did he just lie to us and he had no answer, just a blank look. We also asked him if the Telluride was the top of line and he said yes, further investigation revealed this car is the lowest valued Telluride of 2025, and they did not have the top of the line Telluride on the lot. We had came to CAR Pros Kia for oil and filter change on our top of the line 2023 Telluride and my wife decided to purchase a new vehicle and select a new vehicle for our grand-daughter for school graduation. In 2023 we purchased two new KIAs from CAR Pros spending about $140,000 cash on two cars. We finally went downstairs frustrated with the same treatment from 2023 when were lied to by CAR Pros KIA Tacoma and another salesman showed up, I think his name was Omar. As we were departing Omar made me another offer on the car and offered me approx. $41,000 on our car as a trade in. This is what the Kelly Blue Book has our car rated, originally they tried to low ball me with a $38,000 offer. However, my wife was in no mood to talk with anyone for CAR Pros KIA Tacoma. CAR Pros KIA Tacoma pulled this same crap in 2023 and I complained to the General Manager and we had a meeting and he offered me some discounts for the treatment I received on our purchase of the 2nd car in 2023. I thought I would be treated with respect this time, however Mo Rabah was leaving and turned the sales over to his cousin Eddie. He was not knowledgeable of the Tellurides features and the only thing coming out of his mouth was lies and or deceit in trying to low ball us and misrepresentation. Sorry to say we left the dealership and received a call later with apology, however it the same experience as before. Very sad when a loyal customer comes in for fair treatment and this happens. We almost went to KIA in Bremerton because my daughters friends father works their. But now it looks like this is where were headed to. Thank you for your time. More
