UnWanted "Service Contract" that cost me $3.123.00 (!) I bought a new Hyundai Elantra 01/18/2017. My English is not a perfect, so SalesMan used it and he included additional "Service Contract" that cost me $3.123.00 (!) And nobody told me about it before i'm signed contract. I found it later and i returned 02/01/2017 to CarPros for cancellinfg this contract. They said me: "No problem, just fill the Cancellation Form. I did it. But now, i recieved a Statement of Payment from Santander Consumer with absolutely the same amount! I mean the Service Contract still included and not cancelled! I will have to file a compliant in Bureau of Consumer Protection to solve that problem. More

They were ready for me when I arrived, they had the two vehicles I wanted to look at in front of me within 10 minutes and explained the differences between the two so that I could quickly and confidently make my decision. Once I had, they showed me exactly what I would pay and when I got to F&I, that is what I paid (no additional fees, suggested add-ons, or whatnot). The entire process was quick and professional and I felt confident I was getting the deal I wanted the entire time because I did. When it is time to lease again, CPR is my first and only choice.
