Good and not so good I have been coming here for years. The customer service is great! Was told about a nail in my tire. I had my tires warranty at an outside shop so I re I have been coming here for years. The customer service is great! Was told about a nail in my tire. I had my tires warranty at an outside shop so I returned to it to have it removed. At that time was made aware of my shocks and struts leaking and should be replaced. This wasn’t informed to me by the technician who checked it off as good. They informed me my tires are wearing and should be replaced. No mention of the shocked and struts which need to be looked at and reviewed if the tires are wearing oddly. No mention of an alignment either. So I’m having all that done elsewhere from a trusted source. It would have been nice to know they are leaking rather than being told we wait till the leak goes all the way down the strut then consider it a necessity to replace. That is my only issue. Otherwise, service and everything has been fairly consistent and good. I can’t read the technicians signature or I’d note that here. More
