Awesome Employees & Services Employees are so efficient and very helpful. They've called me promptly once my car was done, the only thing was I have my radio software updated but Employees are so efficient and very helpful. Some Observations Good location, greetings, and professionally business done. That was my first time at this dealer although I have few Toyotas before. Chris Hagan and me agreed to the price upfront and the transaction therefore was quick. Arleen was very nice in helping with finance and paperwork. The low point I would say is lack of customer parking. Hopefully this would change with new building open next year. More

Best car buying experience Gerardo was a great help. We first came to Toyota to check out the RAV4 and Gerardo was the guy to show us around. We knew right off that back that he wasn’t like any other car salesman. He was very honest and was there to help us, not just to sell a car. After looking at a few cars we left to do more research but the only person and car that stood out from the rest was the RAV4 and Gerardo. His attitude was extremely welcoming and that is what brought us back to finally buy the RAV4. He gave us a great first time Toyota buying experience. He worked with our budget and helped us get the car of our dreams at a great price. Definitely recommending him to all my friends and family. I will definitely be coming back to Capitol Toyota when we look for our family truck. The buying process was quick and easy. I will enjoy my new car all thanks to Gerardo and Capitol Toyota.
