This was my first service with the Crosstrek. I wasn't sure what to expect. Andy was my service writer. He explained what they were going to do and how long it would take. The waiting area was pr I wasn't sure what to expect. Andy was my service writer. He explained what they were going to do and how long it would take. The waiting area was pretty full and Andy showed me that there were tables and chairs in the showroom. When the service was complete Andy came over and let me know that my car was ready. He explained everything on the inspection sheet and asked me if I had any questions. They even washed the car, I didn't expect that. It was a nice touch. I am happy with the service and look forward to the next one. More
