I came back from a cruise and driving home my daughter and I were in an accident that involved a casino bus. I gave him the parameters and he was able to locate a car suitable for my loan within 30 minutes. When I arrived all staff were friendly and inviting. Josh is an awesome salesman who listens to what you need without feeling like you're in a rush to purchase something. He was very empathetic to my recent situation and made me feel very comfortable and actually got a few laughs out of me. Once I was ready for finance Christian introduced himself to me and offered me water and he was very friendly and just like Josh, he was listening to what I needed and made me feel very relaxed. I drove home with the newer vehicle and I had peace of mind that I have a way to get to and from work. My experience was amazing and helped to relieve my anxiety and worry from being in a car accident to feeling accomplished and supported while I drove home in my new vehicle. We had an appointment for an “express” oil change. Waited for hours on site with no update. Finally after hours, we left the dealership to wait at home.
