Not a great first experience My brand new 2019 Forester Limited lost all sound - no AM, no FM, no Sirius, no Siri - plus all the displays went black - cameras, dash, etc. The solu My brand new 2019 Forester Limited lost all sound - no AM, no FM, no Sirius, no Siri - plus all the displays went black - cameras, dash, etc. The solution is apparently to give me a new amplifier. That's great if it fixes everything, but I don't feel there was really much time spent listening to what the other issues were. So, if it all works, great, but we'll see what happens when I go back for the installation of the amplifier. So far though, I am not feeling encouraged. More
Great Service I was checked in at my scheduled appointment time for an airbag recall appointment. I had been having problems with my emergency brake system. The dealership informed me I needed a new module installed and was able to take care of it at the same time as the airbag. Everyone from the service intake person to the shuttle driver was helpful. I purchased the car at Capital Subaru in 2014, all of the maintenance has been completed there, and after a small fender bender, Capital Auto Body repaired my car. I've been very pleased by the quality of the service. More
2005 Silverado I brought my 2005 Chevrolet Silverado into Capital Chevrolet for a full service and to check out my power steering. They found a nail in my front left tire which they removed and repaired, also they found my engine oil pan gasket needs to be replaced. I will make an appointment at a later date to repair the power steering and replace the oil pan gasket. More

Oil Change Takes way too loooong, 6 hours??? If it is going to take 6 hours to look at the horn, then change oil, I'll need to look to another service provider. Previous SCHEDULED oil changes took 1.75 hours and 3 hours, still way too long in my opinion. More

A better experience the second time I was helped immediately when I arrived and they got me in right at my scheduled appointment time. Poor training of staff The employees are not properly schooled on mechanical issues and warranty coverage which in turn can cause them to give you false information. If the employee doesn't understand what you are saying such as " the RPM's are fluctuating at idle" the response is that your not using the correct verbiage and then when the service manager decides to step in he will tell you that your warranty doesn't cover your vehicle not running probably, I will not be returning to this service dept. I either picked the wrong dealer or the wrong car, haven't figured it out for sure yet. More
