Today was a really difficult and exhausting day for me, and I came to Capitol Chevrolet for my 10,000-mile service already feeling tired and a little overwhelmed. I had been sitting in my car for about 15 and I came to Capitol Chevrolet for my 10,000-mile service already feeling tired and a little overwhelmed. I had been sitting in my car for about 15 minutes because I didn’t realize I needed to go inside, so by the time I met Nico Romano, I honestly wasn’t in the best mood. Nico completely turned my experience around. He was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding from the very beginning. He took the time to explain everything clearly, and whenever I didn’t fully understand something, he patiently explained it again without ever making me feel rushed or uncomfortable. His kindness actually made me feel a little embarrassed about how tired and distant I had been at first! He made sure I knew the pricing upfront, kept everything clear and organized, and got the entire service taken care of quickly and professionally. Everything was handled so smoothly and efficiently. I’m genuinely very happy with my experience and especially grateful for the way Nico treated me on a day when I really needed a little kindness. I will absolutely ask for Nico again the next time I come in for service. Thank you, Nico! More

⭐️⭐️ Extremely frustrating experience. Chris was very pushy and pressured us to make a deal before leaving. After nearly 8 hours, we discovered all paperwork had been signed with the wrong Chris was very pushy and pressured us to make a deal before leaving. After nearly 8 hours, we discovered all paperwork had been signed with the wrong VIN. We also caught a major pricing discrepancy between the quoted and advertised price. After the sale, we removed the warranty, but the dealer fee was increased by the same amount, effectively keeping the price unchanged. We then had issues with the $1,000 trade-in cash-back and spent nearly a week getting the paperwork corrected. I don’t blame Garyon for the VIN mistake, but management and finance should have handled this much better. My advice: carefully review every number, fee, VIN, and document before signing or leaving. Don’t assume the paperwork accurately reflects what you agreed to. More

My salesman Jovan was great! I had a great experience with him and he negotiated my deal in my favor and even gave me a discount! That’s the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars. My issue is with finance: The finance guy didn't provide any customer service. Came into the office and the whole time I was in the office he didn't speak or saying anything. If I had a question he answered and just kept typing. I asked about the service contract he set up in my deal and asked if I could take it off and he told me no or I wouldn't have been approved for the car. I've never heard that before. Then when I was done he gave me my paperwork in an envelope and said here you go. I walked out of his office looking for my own sales person. I work in a dealership and common courtesy would have been to page my salesman to let them know I was done. But I guess since the finance guy didn't really make any money off of me except for the service contract that I didn't ask for but was told it had to be in there or no approval. More
