My experience today was deeply disappointing due to a complete lack of organization, basic customer respect, and proper sales management. During the entire process, the Sales Manager checked on us - I had noted we were off to a bad start due to the disregarded appointment, he didn't even bother to apologize—he simply brushed it off and asked if someone else was helping us. When we sat down to discuss numbers, I opened with a lower offer as a standard starting point. Instead of working through negotiations or even offering a single counteroffer, they simply told us we could go to another dealership. Beyond the sales process, the staff was unprofessional— an associate actually made fun of what we were wearing, making a comment asking, “if we were buying a green Trax to match our bright green shirts.” The showroom was chaotic with blaring music that made it impossible to concentrate, and no basic hospitality (like an offer of water) was extended. Over the course of our visit, five separate associates approached us, including one who explicitly mentioned wanting to leave due to the poor workplace culture.
