I had been sitting in my car for about 15 minutes because I didn’t realize I needed to go inside, so by the time I met Nico Romano, I honestly wasn’t in the best mood. Nico completely turned my experience around. He was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding from the very beginning. He took the time to explain everything clearly, and whenever I didn’t fully understand something, he patiently explained it again without ever making me feel rushed or uncomfortable. His kindness actually made me feel a little embarrassed about how tired and distant I had been at first! He made sure I knew the pricing upfront, kept everything clear and organized, and got the entire service taken care of quickly and professionally. Everything was handled so smoothly and efficiently. I’m genuinely very happy with my experience and especially grateful for the way Nico treated me on a day when I really needed a little kindness.
