I had a fantastic experience at Capitol Chevrolet. I reside in Georgia, but found a great deal online for a Chevrolet Traverse that I wanted. I was able to work with them and get the out of state deal completed with minimal hiccups. Not I only did I receive a great price that beat out most dealers across the states, but the whole team from sales to finance and the managers were great to deal with. Special shout out to Alex my sales rep who kept me in the loop and made sure I was taken care of properly. Overall excellent experience that I would recommend to others! More

At the time I called this dealership, they were (still active as of the date of this posting) advertising a Capitol Discount of $4,000 with the details /disclaimer showing "Dealer Discount applied to ever active as of the date of this posting) advertising a Capitol Discount of $4,000 with the details /disclaimer showing "Dealer Discount applied to everyone." for their 2027 Chevrolet Bolts. But they would not give an OTD (Out The Door) when I asked about their 2027 Chevrolet Bolt and got communication from "Danny" which I am not sure if that's a real person or an Agent/AI. Either way, he tried everything to get my driver's license and to apply for a loan with them but never gave me an OTD. Once I stopped communication with Danny, Then I was contacted by Daniel Jaimes who also wouldn't give me an OTD. Then I was contacted by Alexis Gamez but by that time, I was done with them. I don't trust them at all. More

Exceptional service from Mustafa and crew from Capitol Chevrolet. We are from out of town and they went out of their way to assist us when our vehicle sprung a coolant leak in our 2024 Traverse. My sales rep Ron Smith spent all day with me making sure he put me in a vehicle that I loved. This includes multiple test drives by myself and again with my wife, looking at every single Silverado on every he put me in a vehicle that I loved.
