Had to finally just deal with Dan.Took a total of three days to get problem corrected due to a delay in diagnosis. Dropped truck off the night before a Thursday appt. It was not looked at until 2pm at which time it could not be fully diagnosed and I was told it would take roughly $575.00 in order for them to fully diagnose the problem even though the code for my check engine light said catalytic convertor was the problem! I can't believe they would charge someone almost $600.00 to diagnosis a problem for which there was code for. That is a rip off. .Fortunately I had a full component warranty through GM, which they questioned how I got. I was offended because why was how I got the warranty relevant? So one whole day was wasted because my truck was not looked at until the end of the day. I was told it would take them all of Friday to fully diagnose my problem therefore my truck would not be ready by the end of Friday. Because I was on call for my job for the weekend I could not leave my truck, therefore I had to bring it back the following Monday to complete the diagnosis then have parts ordered. And as it turns out the catalytic convertor WAS the problem just like the code indicated. If I did not have a warranty I would have been out almost $600.00 just to have the tech confirm what the code already said. I lost one whole day with the delay in getting my truck being diagnosed. If they had looked at my truck in a timely manner the day of my appt. they could have diagnosed it and ordered the part and I could have had my car back on Friday. In addition my invoice was not ready when I picked my truck up. I was told by Bryan it was still in the warranty dept and that he would email it to me that evening (Tuesday) or Wednesday morning. By Friday I still had not received my invoice therefore I had to email Dan and he promptly sent it to me. Dan is great but service advisor's have some work to do. More

Expensive Charged me aprox 1200 just to change a alternator and battery. When I opened the hood to the check the work. The Fuse box was loose, wasn't put back on correctly. If I paid you over $1k for work I expect everything to be put back together nice and tight. More
