Best ever-alltime Michael Felton met us in the parking lot immediately upon our arriving. Absolutely calm, self-assured, knowledgable individual, easy-going in his app Michael Felton met us in the parking lot immediately upon our arriving. Absolutely calm, self-assured, knowledgable individual, easy-going in his approach, and immediately set me at ease by his declaration that he was there to help find what we were looking for. He immediately went in and found the keys for a Volvo V60 Cross-Country that I had seen online and a loaded VW Alltrack. We went for a test drive in the Volvo and he literally taught us all about the instrumentation as we were driving, no selling at all. He let the vehicle do the selling for itself. We got back and took the all road out for a spin, but it was no contest after being in the Volvo. Came back and he got us the best deal possible and handed us over to the financial guy who was excellent (Billy Strickland, a big friendly guy). The sales manager, John Lowrey was equally fantastic. They hooked us up with a much needed accessory and there that in to the deal. John also suggested we get the diamond coat while the car was being detailed. I have to say that in over 40 years of buying 20+ cars, this was the most relaxed and enjoyable experience I've ever had. We thoroughly enjoyed everyone, their dealership was clean and super well equipped, and they stayed late just to complete our sale. Billy got us a fantastic very low rate and John was absolutely a hoot, as well as a complete gentleman. I can't say enough good about Michael Felton. If you want a straight shooting, no nonsense car buying experience, and would like to be treated like royalty, go to Capital EuroCars and see these guys. I guarantee you won't find a better team, and you might not find a better deal elsewhere. I give them a 15 out of 10. More
