Outstanding Service Experience I just had my 2015 Volvo XC70 in for her 20,000 mile servicing and again for the second time, was impressed by Cameron Clifton, the dealership's servi I just had my 2015 Volvo XC70 in for her 20,000 mile servicing and again for the second time, was impressed by Cameron Clifton, the dealership's service advisor. He was prepared for my arrival as he had already pulled up paperwork for the servicing, including all of my car's data, warranty coverage, and "Safe and Secure" maintenance coverage details, exactly the information I was going to ask him about. Then he shared that information by giving me the sheet and explaining it all. I don't know of another Volvo dealership or service advisor who would have done that. The service went smoothly and when I returned from my walk, they were just finishing a complimentary washing of my car, another example of going above and beyond expectations. This XC70 is Volvo 11, including two factory deliveries, in our family since 1986, and is tuning out to be the best Volvo we have owned so far. So, we know our Volvos and we know dealerships. Although we didn't purchase the car from Capitol Volvo, Cameron has seen to it that I have been treated with exceptional courtesy, respect and professionalism on my visits. Recently had two Porsches (2010 Cayenne Base CPO & 2008 Cayman S) due for yearly service when one (the Cayenne) suddenly presented a drivetrain issue Recently had two Porsches (2010 Cayenne Base CPO & 2008 Cayman S) due for yearly service when one (the Cayenne) suddenly presented a drivetrain issue that required some troubleshooting and warranty work as well. Put both cars in back-to-back and expected a few days rest but they were both ready before I could figure out how to pick them up. That's Service! Cameron Clifton and James in the Service Department did stellar work and provided exemplary service and feedback in record time on these two cars (especially the Cayenne with its additional warranty related issues). As a long time Porsche owner and customer of Capital Eurocars I know I'm always in good hands when I turn the keys over to Cameron and the folks on the team that stands behind him! More
