Although I had to communicate via email and phone, Kemar was ALWAYS prompt, knowledgable and courteous. We were able to basically make a deal long distance and when I went to pick up my New VW Kemar took time to ensure I was satisfied and understood all I needed to know about the car and the dealership (service dept etc.) I was admittedly difficult at times but Kemar and the Capital staff remained on track and worked through all issues to my satisfaction.
