Cayenne Rear Window Wiper Arm/Washer Fluid Delivery Problem We recently had the Rear Window Washer Fluid Delivery Tube break at the Rear Lift-Gate Hinge Point on our CPO 2010 Porsche Cayenne. The 'break' locati We recently had the Rear Window Washer Fluid Delivery Tube break at the Rear Lift-Gate Hinge Point on our CPO 2010 Porsche Cayenne. The 'break' location was obvious because no Washer Fluid was being dispersed onto the rear glass but it WAS soaking the Left Lift-Gate Hinge area when activated. In researching the issue (I didn't know where the Fluid Spray Nozzle was actually located) I lifted the Rear Wiper Arm itself to its 60 Degree Lock position to see if it was somewhere under there. It wasn't (I later discovered that it's mounted in the left-side Lens of the High Mounted Stop Light (HMSL) in the Rear Spoiler Assembly) but when I returned the Rear Wiper to its normal 'Service' position its internal Spring (or one of its mounts) failed and the Wiper Arm came apart. Not to worry - All was handled by the Cayenne's GREAT Porsche CPO Warranty! We have several Porsches in our family and have ALWAYS had exceptional service from Capital Porsche and this time was no different! With Cameron Clifton (our usual and MUCH revered Porsche Service Advisor) temporarily unavailable, Service Advisor Rose Jones took the Cayenne's issues to heart and ran with them. It took only a few minutes of talking with Rose to come to the conclusion that I was speaking with a Service Professional that really understood what the issues were and what needed to be done. I can't tell you how much I LOVE that kind of experience. When work is needed (whether it's Scheduled Service or Warranty related) it's ALWAYS GREAT to know that your Porsche is in dependable hands. It's folks like Rose Jones and Cameron Clifton that really make working with Capital Porsche such a pleasure. Just can't say enough good things about Capital Porsche and the Professional folks that they employ! More

Saved my daughter's sweet 16!! I called Capital on Monday October 9th because I put a deposit on a new VW Beetle on Thursday October 5th which was to be a Birthday present for my da I called Capital on Monday October 9th because I put a deposit on a new VW Beetle on Thursday October 5th which was to be a Birthday present for my daughter's sweet 16 on Oct. 10th. The dealership in Orlando, David Maus VW, promised me several times that they had found the vehicle and they would have it before the 10th so I could give it to my daughter on her birthday. On October 9th I had not heard anything from David Maus VW so I called to speak with the sales rep Matt and I was told they did not have the vehicle, they were still trying to find one, and there would be no way they could get one by the next day which was my daughter's birthday. When I asked why no one called earlier, or at all for that matter, to tell me this they had no answer. I asked what I should do at this point and they told me they could get it maybe by the end of the week. I was furious, as this was supposed to be my daughter's sixteenth birthday present and her birthday was the next day not a week from now, and I had asked them at least 5 or 6 times if the car would be in by her birthday and they assured me every time I asked that it would. So now I was left high and dry without a present for my daughter and getting absolutely no help from Davis Maus VW. I ended up calling all over town to find another bottle green, classic Beetle convertible with no luck. A dealership in Daytona had one but it had damage from the hurricane that they decided not to tell me about (I found out about the damage from another dealership). I finally found out that Capital had the car I was looking for, but by this time it was late afternoon on October 9th and I needed the car by October 10th and capital is a 4 hour drive from my home! I had very little hope at this point of my daughter getting the car on her birthday now. When I called Capital I was transferred to Kemar Edwards, I told him my situation, told him I didn't have time to mess around with going back and forth on pricing, and told him I would need the car delivered to Orlando by the next day, all the while knowing he was going to ultimately tell me it was not possible. He said let me talk to someone and I will call you right back. Within 30 minutes Kemar called me back matched the pricing they gave me from the Orlando dealership and told me he would personally drive the car to me in Orlando!! The car arrived with Kemar the next afternoon we did all the paperwork and my daughter's 16th birthday was saved!! I cannot thank Kemar enough for this, I don't think I have ever had a better car buying experience in my life, Kemar deserves an award for his efforts, he is awesome!! More
