Great Experience at Capital Euro I purchased a 2018 Porsche Panamera Hybrid from my amazing sales representative Michael Felton at Capital Euro Cars on 12-01-2018. Since my purchase, I purchased a 2018 Porsche Panamera Hybrid from my amazing sales representative Michael Felton at Capital Euro Cars on 12-01-2018. Since my purchase, Michael has contacted me weekly via email, text and telephone to check on me personally (as I was sick as heck when I made my purchase) in addition, to continually providing me with new information about my car. Michael is always encouraging me to utilize my amazing Porsche applications to make my life easier and to increase my comfort level with my car. I was nervous to say the least, as I was upgrading from a Mercedes Benz to a Porsche Panamera and it was a sizeable increase in car payments, plus I was scared to drive my dream car (crazy right). I asked a million and two questions, I spent hours at the dealership mulling over options, colors and going back and forth over my dream car which was the Panamera and albeit luxurious, the less than thrilling (for me) Cayenne. Michael was overly patient (he made sure I had a space to work while I made my decision (as I was multitasking) and he made sure I had snacks/food and a phone charger. Michael helped me understand that settling was not an option and that I should not let fear hold me back. Michael went over all the specs of both cars, he took me on test drives (multiple times) to ensure that I got what I wanted and not what was cheaper (as that was my focus). I am so glad he did! I ended up getting my dream car with my color preference and I am overjoyed! I ABSOLUTELY love my car. Michael did a full delivery with me (more than once) because I am always multi-tasking horribly lol, and he made sure I knew how to operate the basics as well as taking my phone and downloading the apps for me, so that I could have the helpful videos at my fingertips for when I forget (again) and he is not available. Michael even gave me his personal AUX cord so I could enjoy apple car play. Now that is service! Not to mention all the tons of extras like a paper weight (that is a replica of my car) so that I can have my lovely car in my sight at all times (while working). This is the best decision I ever made and not only to purchase the car but to do it from Capital Euro because Michael Felton is the BEST EVER! I feel like we are forever family as the customer service is outstanding because of the personalized treatment and his dedication to quality customer care. Not only did Michael Felton do all of the above but to minimize my wait time, he tag teamed with a co-worker (Michael Ludes) to ensure my car was washed, cleaned and ready for me to drive off after I completed my paperwork.
