2009 Cayman balance issues I recently purchased a 2009 Porsche Cayman after looking for several years for a low mileage example that had been cared for. When I bought it need front tires badly and since the back tires were almost new I selected front tires to match. So began the tire saga to get my new (to me) car on the road. This was my first experience with Capital Eurocars Porsche dealer and Cameron Clifton, the service rep, and all I can say is the experience was first rate. It has been a challenging time dealing with a rim that was bent and new tires that had to be returned as they could not be balanced. Cameron and this dealership have gone out of their way to get my car right and make sure I was satisfied with the car. The manager and several mechanics were involved in what proved to be a very difficult issue to diagnose. I know the shop time dedicated to my car exceeded the bill I paid by a large margin but they were determined to get the car right. And right it is, this car drives like a dream and I am looking forward to many years of ownership. A very big thank you to Cameron and the team at Porsche for putting my satisfaction front and center. I would highly recommend this dealership for service based on my experience. More
