Most importantly, he treated us professionally while valuing our time and understanding our needs in a new vehicle. While keeping these needs in mind, he made the sales process very, very enjoyable, without any high-pressure sales tactics. He also maintained a very open line of communication during the process, and did an excellent job in coordinating everything from test drives to document signing while making it convenient for our schedules.
