It was not and after waiting over 1hr with still no car i left to have lunch. After my return I was Introduced to chris who had cars for me to test drive. Chris saved the day! Dishonest, disrespectful, and discriminates Purchased a base model, since I wasn't spending as much as others, they made me wait 3 hours just to finalize the deal. Whe. They finally got to me, they had screwed up the vehicle pricing and changed the deal we had made. When I expressed concern about the situation, I was rudly told to stop being disrespectful by Johan I was so taken back I didnt know what to say. TERRIBLE service with everyone I spoke to with the exception of Joe. I will never go back and as a UPSer, I tell all my customers to avoid this dealership at all costs. More

Good buying experience. Went the "extra mile" I made contact via a buying website, but when I purchased, I did so in person. I kindly let them know I had done research which included competing dealer offers. They were very professional and courteous. We quickly came to agreement without any drama. I was a skeptic and scrutinized the process. They were very patient and went the "extra mile". The Finance Mgr was also straight forward. I called back weeks later to track my registration and was quickly connected to the title rep who was very helpful. Let's face it, I didn't have to give a review, but they did a cery good job throughout the process and earned my business. More
Great car horrible dealership The customer experience once the offer was signed went downhill pretty quickly. We bought a new fully loaded outback in the December timeframe. Having extended family in the car business helps to know the trouble areas. Efficiency and honest seem to be the big issues at this location. Once the manager was brought over to “close the deal” I asked the question if there were any 2017 with similar feature. He said there were no 2017 on the lot. I’d been there for over an hour and seen a couple 2017 with similar options with the salesperson. Failed to get tags sent in time, resulting in a trip to the dealer to get dealer plates. Receptionist was dismissive in the dealer plates until she had someone confirm it was an issue on their side. Messed up the registration which resulted in me sitting on the phone for an hour to fix their error. I was asked to come back in an meet to discuss the short coming in the buying process and the representative scheduled it for her day off and no one knew what I was talking about. Final nail in the coffin was the “free” first service that they tried to charge me for until I pushed I bought the car from them. More
