We purchased a Sonata and an Elantra and couldn’t be happier with our new cars. The staff was friendly and respectful. We didn’t feel pressured by staff which was nice. Everyone called to follow up and make sure we were happy with our cars. Overall this was better than I could ever imagine car buying to be!! Thanks you all for your wonderful service!! More

Friendly Folks, Great Service! This was my second visit after moving to Hillsborough. I drive out here because the staff at Capital are so nice to deal with. The service is great, This was my second visit after moving to Hillsborough. I drive out here because the staff at Capital are so nice to deal with. The service is great, and the price is competitive with that in Durham. The wait time was short on my first visit, but this time took a couple of hours, because I ended up getting a wheel alignment in addition to the scheduled oil change. It took four (4) calls before I got anyone to respond.... but final after 3thee months they did this critical recall quickly. Not very responsive but friendly enough and competent when you do have their atte but final after 3thee months they did this critical recall quickly. Not very responsive but friendly enough and competent when you do have their attention. Tis was an airbag recall which I view as critical (dangerous) so faster response is NECESSARY! This dealership is a vast improvement over its' predecessor.... Bob Dunn was simply awful. More

It took over 3 hours to finalize the paperwork for a cash sale. Yes it was a Saturday and they were very busy, but we financed NOTHING. You need more people to process the paperwork on a weekend when your sales are higher. Very happy with the purchase, didn't love the time it took. More

He was even keeled, and didn't try to present anymore than the truck and was up front in whole process. The 'sales management' pool or whatever they call it is where improvement needs to be made. Some of the games played were in the finance numbers. First interest rate was over 9%, but was told it was just on here 'because it's the default'. Next one was 8%, then I had to wait. Makes everything look shady from that point on. Waited 3 hours at dealership on Saturday morning-I got there just after opening. Took so long because of 'finance'. Not needed. You had my credit rating (740+), you had my profile, D/I ratio. Still took too long. This is 2018...get with the times and work electronically. I can get a mortgage with less paperwork and hassle-I know, I did! More
