He was able to answer my questions. If he wasn't sure of an answer, he found an answer. Mr. Brookes even helped to transfer some of my belongings to new car, which was very helpful. My First Subaru This is the first time I have considered buying a Subaru. I have been in a Volvo for several years and still think that is a great brand but was not h This is the first time I have considered buying a Subaru. I have been in a Volvo for several years and still think that is a great brand but was not happy with my last dealing process at Crown Volvo. I went on a search for other safe vehicles and after reading many reports found that the Crosstrek was the safest car in it's class. I went in to test drive and was treated with friendly but not pushing service. After driving and learning more about the safety features decided to work out a deal. This was the only part of this process that was laborious. I could not believe how long it took to actually put the paperwork together and get out the door. With all that said I am very happy so far with my Crosstrek and my relationship with the people I have worked with at Capital Subaru. I hope the service department will be just as good when needed. More
