Great factory and dealer service We had a great experience at Capital Subaru. Our 2012 Outback with 127k miles was making an odd noise during acceleration and we brought it in for eva We had a great experience at Capital Subaru. Our 2012 Outback with 127k miles was making an odd noise during acceleration and we brought it in for evaluation. Capital provided a shuttle to get me to work. Ty called me later that day to inform me the transmission would need to be replaced and that they’d have to contact Subaru to see if it would be covered. It took a couple days, but Subaru agreed to cover the entire replacement transmission and labor. We were provided a 2018 Impreza as a service loaner for the duration of the evaluation/repair. It’s good to see a dealer and manufacturer back their products like this. We’ve had all our services performed at Bob Dunn/Capital Subaru and we’re really impressed with the new ownership. We’ll definitely stick with a dealer and manufacturer that backs their products this well. More
