One that was much newer and more reliable, but also in our quick budget. Brandon went above and beyond to give us a wonderful experience and worked hard to get us a great car with the features that we were needing. Friends of ours recommended us to go to Capital Dealership, but I can definitely see why. We would definitely do work with them (especially Brandon) in the future. More
Dishonest, sneaky, and manipulative service I have been a big supporter and pleased owner of a Subaru Outback for the past several years. Most of our family own Subaru vehicles. They are great c I have been a big supporter and pleased owner of a Subaru Outback for the past several years. Most of our family own Subaru vehicles. They are great cars and run really well. However, my recent experience with Capital Subaru was the worst customer experience I have had with any vehicle service center and I will never be doing business at this location again. My first complaint is that they did a very poor job up front communicating what was going on with my car and they did not mention anything about a cost for running an engine diagnostic, this alone costed me 135 dollars when I could get it done for free at a location such as Autozone to tell me the same thing to get the engine diagnostic code. I had no actual work done on my car and it costed 135 (plus a miscellaneous 24.95 dollar fee that was never explained to me). They got the code and did a very poor job at explaining the issue and how the recommended corrections would fix my car’s problems. The second issue was the cost and the additional fluff they added to try to take even more money. They were charging me almost twice the cost of having work done on my Subaru as other service centers were rating the costs for what needed done. The third issue is they didn’t have another very important thing that should have been addressed, my timing belt which was due to be replaced along with the drive belt. I don’t even want to know what they would have charged me to have that worked on, but I’m upset they didn’t even mention this, because if this would have given out I would have been in deep trouble. I was charged 160 dollars for them to do literally nothing to my car. I am very displeased with my experience at Capital Subaru and I do not recommend anyone getting their car serviced at this location who wants to get a fair price and good quality service on their vehicle. More

Capital will text you reminders if you want them, they will communicate anything they see when inspecting your car, and Amanda is great to work with! Capital will text you reminders if you want them, they will communicate anything they see when inspecting your car, and make recommendations instead of trying to up sell you on things you may not immediately need. Lack of customer appreciation Purchased vehicle and took almost 5 hrs, even though I called the salesperson the night before and told him exactly what car I was coming to purchase. Was passed to another salesperson, which is fine, however he was new and had to keep leaving to ask questions. Overall a poor experience. Great deal on the vehicle and the finance Maher was very good. More
