There was confusion about that, but it was worked out there to my satisfaction. However, as I was driving the new car home, I realized that nearly 600 miles had been put on that car sometime between when we bought it Saturday and when we picked it up from the service department on Wednesday. No explanation was given and there wasn't anything I could do because I had already left the dealership. However, in future, I will be more careful, and probably not return to this dealer for service. More

I was able to secure a loaner for the four hours my vehicle was at this location. I honestly expected my car to be there longer. Thankfully it wasn't. Mr. T. Williams was very professional and helpful. I think there should be better coupons to help with offsetting the cost of any major repairs. More

She spent a lot of time with me answering questions my husband usually asks. Mr. Dan Brookes was very patient in answering our questions as well. He gave us a tour of the facility and introduced us to other individuals who would be taking care of our needs in the future. Mr. Desmond McPhail, really friendly, added to our experience by finishing our paperwork. Mr. Brookes went over the operation and features of the car before sending us on our way. My husband and I were very much satisfied, and we love the car. More
Not a great experience I think overall my car got the service it needed (though when I got home I realized one of my fuses was blown that wasn’t before), but the communicati I think overall my car got the service it needed (though when I got home I realized one of my fuses was blown that wasn’t before), but the communication and timeliness of the company was really bad. Several times I was told that my car would be ready “no later than _____” and repeatedly this date got pushed back again and again. This in itself was annoying, though I get that things sometimes take longer and parts have to be ordered. The most frustrating thing was that no one would call me to let me know the date was pushed back and when I would try to get information, it was usually incredibly hard to obtain. If the person in charge of my service wasn’t available or wasn’t there, somehow NO ONE else had any idea what was going on with my car or if it was ready. I really don’t understand this and it happened repeatedly. Furthermore, when I was told clearly my car was ready on a Friday but they wanted to keep it to test drive over the weekend and I called to say I would have to pick it up first think on Monday, I show up Monday and the car isn’t ready again with no explanation except “they’re just finishing up something, it could take 5 minutes or it could take 30 minutes.” Since I had to go to work, I was told to just leave and come back again. Overall a frustrating and time wasting time experience and I will not be returning. The people that I dealt with were overall friendly and nice, it was just the issues I mentioned above that made this really unpleasant. More
