Great First Time Experience I initially made an appointment to see a used vehicle, but before I got there, it was sold. After talking with the sales person, and a manager about options, I ended up leasing a new vehicle. Altogether, my experience was great! I was treated kindly by all employees, and they went out of their ways to accommodate my family and me. More

Purchase Used Vehicle All was well during the purchase. We made arrangements to pick up the Jeep on Saturday after purchasing on Wednesday. Was told vehicle would be cleane All was well during the purchase. We made arrangements to pick up the Jeep on Saturday after purchasing on Wednesday. Was told vehicle would be cleaned up and ready to go first thing Saturday. We got there at 930 and had to wait 30 minutes because it wasn't ready. It wasn't particularly cleaned inside when it was brought out. We took delivery and realized on the way home there was less than 1/2 tank of gas. After a good experience on Wednesday, Saturday was disappointing. More

Too slow Took 3 hours to make purchase. Made an appointment for 10am. Car was not prep'd and ready. I supplied all paper work ahead of time. My Costco internet Took 3 hours to make purchase. Made an appointment for 10am. Car was not prep'd and ready. I supplied all paper work ahead of time. My Costco internet sales contact (Terri ) did not handle my purchase and did not communicate that Bailey would be working with me at 10am. Terri did not forward papers to Bailey that I sent her ahead of time so I would not be there 3 hours. Agreed upon final price was not communicated by Bill Thomas either causing sales agreement to be re-done. Bailey's desk was right beside entrance to the showroom....no walls no privacy. Can't believe this the Subaru dealership that Costco's chose to represent its auto purchsse program for Subaru's. Never met or was introduced to Bill Thomas. My main reason for using Capital Subaru was they were the closest Subaru dealership in the Costco Auto purchase program. Probably will use another Subaru dealership for maitenance and service. More
