Ok at first, then horrible. Short story, I had done the paper work on a Friday. Saturday went back to finance, well after about 2 hours we get told the system is down. Ok, got a Short story, I had done the paper work on a Friday. Saturday went back to finance, well after about 2 hours we get told the system is down. Ok, got a dealer tag for the weekend. So here comes Monday, go back with some issues they needed to fix. Ok no problem. Two days later, I go back to purchase the car, remember I don't paperwork Friday. I sat there for 3 hours watching people walk by me. So now.... 3 1/2 hours later I am leaving. Well once I got home, I parked the car. A few days later, I noticed it had an oil leak. Ok well the parts had came in for my window and cruise control button. So when they called I told them that my car was in the shop. Now this is not even 2 weeks after I purchased the car. The only thing that the sales manager said was, well once you get it out the shop and it is convenient for you, you can bring it down for us to do these parts. Reguardless used or not, from a reputable dealership, no car should be in the shop within 2 weeks. If this car was properly inspected as it stated it was, this was very visible! I would love to speak with someone who actually would listen. More

2007 Honda Odyssey Brandon the salesman was excellent. Allowed us to test drive whatever we wanted and was very aware of the inventory he had available. We came just planning to look and left with a used Honda. My only complaint was the very long wait to meet with finance to pay for the vehicle. It is irritating to sit for at least 1.5 hours to pay cash for a vehicle. More
