Love my new Outback! I really love my new car and feel like I got a decent deal on it. The process was a little frustrating because I was at the dealership for a total of I really love my new car and feel like I got a decent deal on it. The process was a little frustrating because I was at the dealership for a total of 6.5 hours and they were definitely the stereotype of “let me ask my sales manager” I thought car buying had progressed beyond the hard sell, etc, but I guess not. overall, I am happy and feel like this will be a great car for me. The service dept also seems really nice and well managed. More

Eyesight failure Ty and Ysomi at Capital Subaru in Greensboro, NC, helped make my experience a positive one. They, along with Westley D at Subaru of North America, rep Ty and Ysomi at Capital Subaru in Greensboro, NC, helped make my experience a positive one. They, along with Westley D at Subaru of North America, replaced my Eyesight safety system, no charge. I did have to purchase a battery and computer switch which perhaps the dealer should’ve paid for since the battery was drained during replacement ($180 plus). Well, it turned out okay. Thanks More
