Worst dealer service person Tyrone williams He had no respect for a customer. Refused to allow you to explain your concern. Mouthing over you as though he did not want me to voice my concern. very happy I was greeted warmly and was at ease with the sales Representative Mr.Cooly. I told him what I wanted and he showed me several vehicles. The dealership did not have the color I was looking for in that model but they did find the color and model elsewhere and had it transported and ready to take position. There was a computer glitch at my bank and the money in my IRA account was held up for several days.To make a long story short, the dealership was patient and I finally go my car. Still smiling and very satisfied. More

Just Average I was not welcomed or greeted when I arrived. I was told that they didn’t have my appointment in the system that I made on the app. When my oil change I was not welcomed or greeted when I arrived. I was told that they didn’t have my appointment in the system that I made on the app. When my oil change and tire rotation was completed I wasn’t told how the inspection was, I was just told it was $104.00. I had to ask about every individual think I thought would have been reviewed with me before he asked for my money. Given the wonderful buying experience I had at the Southpoint Subaru, I expected way more from the Capital Subaru Service Department. More

I took the car back on June 18th because they ordered a new latch and weather stripping which they decided was the reason for the problem. After the so-called replacement the issue is not resolved. I think it is ironic that when I pointed out before I left that they (Somi and mechanic) said there was probably no problem with trunk closing before. They called me to replace these parts but they think now it wasn’t a problem to start with? Bad bad. More
