We were frustrated by the delay in receiving the vehicle we wanted, but I’m unsure if there was anything the sales team could do about that. We were also frustrated with not being guaranteed the June financing incentive if the sale was pushed to July due the previously mentioned delays. Again, that apparently is not something the sales team could help us with. More
Very good! Mr. Herbin was very nice towards me and my family. He showed us around the inventory even when it was really hot outside! Lol. Very disappointed with service department My car has been with them since 6/18/2018 to have a warranty repair due to the engine failing with less than 26000 miles. Since than the car remains My car has been with them since 6/18/2018 to have a warranty repair due to the engine failing with less than 26000 miles. Since than the car remains at the shop with the engine out and being checked out for further damage. In over two weeks all they have done is pull the engine and remove the timing cover. They are nowhere near finishing the disassembly of the old engine and the replacement short block has come in, yet is sitting there along side the old engine. I have contacted Subaru corporate over a week ago and they are still trying to get the service manager on the phone. At this pace it will take months to get the car back and I will have to get an attorney involved. This is unacceptable. I just want to get my car repaired and back in a reasonable amount of time. I am very frustrated and cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. I have since spoke with the service department and the car should be ready next week. I appreciate them working with me to get things back on track. Well so I thought. Once again the goal post has moved. Last week I was told it would be done not long after weekend. Now it is Wednesday and I just found out it could be up to another week. How many times can this happen (now 4 times) before I have to get legal representation and the Attorney General involved. It seems the issues are beyond the service adviser and I am sure he is getting very frustrated as well. I hope this can be resolved soon, my patience is over. I finally got the car back and it wasn't right. I ended up trading the car hours after getting it back because I am done! The service manager did his best to make it right, but after dealing with this for a month I was done! More

Dealer add ons Overpriced dealer add ons that were placed on the car in March, bought the car in June. The treatment applied to outside paint has obviously worn off Overpriced dealer add ons that were placed on the car in March, bought the car in June. The treatment applied to outside paint has obviously worn off and not retreated, third brake light warning costs $19.99 in the stores and was charged $199.00 by dealership doesn’t work. When asked dealership about this option they were unaware and wanted me to come in for a service call to fix it. Nitro fill is a joke!!! $99.00 for nitrogen in the tires, you can almost buy and entire tank for that price. Most tire places use nitrogen, but there is not an extra charge for it. Plus now if you go to a service station to get air you just defeated the whole deal by adding regular air to your tires. While test driving the car I noticed that the window deflectors were broken, they fixed it but it’s the fact that they were trying to sell it as is! On a positive note, Bob Cooley was wonderful got the deal I wanted, very knowledgeable about car. Only salesman that demonstrated the cars features and drove the car to show off features. More
