Sirius radio problem As soon as Amanda/service determined that replacement of the sirius module did not resolve the issue, they quickly provided me a loaner while they wor As soon as Amanda/service determined that replacement of the sirius module did not resolve the issue, they quickly provided me a loaner while they worked the issue with subaru corporate. Within 2 days they had resolved the issue and I was back in my car. I was concerned about the fit and finish of the work they did, but I absolutely can not see where they replaced the sirius module, or the complete radio in the dash. Note, my earlier comments were directed at the dealership for not having a sirius module on hand, causing me to have to return later, and go on a trip without sirius. Amanda was great throughout both my visits. She was not at fault in any way. She was superb in all respects. More
Check Tire light I brought my Outback in first thing on a Saturday (with no appointment) after the Check Tire light suddenly started flashing. The technician discovere I brought my Outback in first thing on a Saturday (with no appointment) after the Check Tire light suddenly started flashing. The technician discovered a nail in the tire and it was removed and the tire repaired while I waited. My service advisor was helpful and pleasant (as always at this dealer.) I appreciated being able to get this fixed quickly on a Saturday morning. More

Repaired a part After my visit to this dealership a part was broken on my vehicle. I was approached by one of the employees saying that they do not break parts on car After my visit to this dealership a part was broken on my vehicle. I was approached by one of the employees saying that they do not break parts on cars. I was not saying this person broke the part on my car, but it was broken after my visit to the dealership and their working on my car. I did not know who broke the part, I only knew that the part was broken. The dealership should take responsibility. I don't know if they were trying to put this on one particular person. More

Awesome I had my car totaled about a week ago. I needed one quick so I could get back to work. I found one on the internet. The next day I went to the deal I had my car totaled about a week ago. I needed one quick so I could get back to work. I found one on the internet. The next day I went to the dealership and walked out that night with a car. Everyone was great especially Liz. I was very impressed with the strong relationships shown by employees with their customers. They even delivered the car to my home that night. This had to of been by far the best experience with dealership I have had. Thank you! More
Repair scratch on my 2018 Subaru Outback I had my very first oil change on 5/31/2018. At that time my automobile had 1,673 miles on it and was spotless when I took it in for service. During t I had my very first oil change on 5/31/2018. At that time my automobile had 1,673 miles on it and was spotless when I took it in for service. During the oil change, my car was scratched at the opening of the hood area. Appeared that tools had slipped off and made the scratch. I didn't notice it immediately, but when I detailed it a few days later, I observed the mark. It was too deep to be compounded out so I took it back to the dealership. They offered to repair the scratch free of charge and provide me a complimentary rental vehicle. My car was ready the next day and it looked great. The interior was as clean as when I took it in. I am very pleased. In fact, upon my recommendation, a friend of mine Diane Stephenson is working with Steve Holt on the purchase of a 2018 Subaru Outback just like mine. More
