Was sold service that was not needed or even asked for...!!! We brought our vehicle in for it's 48k service and it only has 30k on it. We did one of the things for the 30k and then asked for all that was on the 48k/6mo. interval....we were sold a brake flush that was not on the 48k service,. We called Subaru and we were told that the Brake Flush was not needed or recommended by Subaru. We called the dealership and stated what we found that we were sold something that was not Subaru service nor was it recommended. We did get a refund but I wonder how many people would not check their service manual and make sure of what service they required ? We were very concerned as the brake flush was almost 50% or the bill. A great markup for the dealership I am sure. If this type of service is what we can expect, we may go elsewhere and tell people to be wary of what Capital Subaru of Greensboro is selling them as far as service is concerned. We were happy up to this time. If the service department is beginning to do this...this is very bad business....but again, how many people will check their service bills against what is actually recommended.???...We are not happy customers art this time........ We spoke with Mr.Dale Ozment, the service manager and we explained our situation with him, he understood and did give us a refund for the brake system flush which we did appreciate. I know tat businesses have to make a profit but this is no way to do it. More

Scheduled Maintenance and State emissions inspection I brought my car in to Capital Subaru at 8:20 A.M. I was told it would be "a couple of hours". Although it was a little longer than that, Amanda was I brought my car in to Capital Subaru at 8:20 A.M. I was told it would be "a couple of hours". Although it was a little longer than that, Amanda was on top of everything and was very courteous. Dutch gave me a ride home and picked me up again, so that I was at the dealership at the time the car was ready. All in all, a painless experience. More

Really great Went in to get my car serviced, obviously. Told them my issue and they checked it out. Amanda created a very warming and comforting atmosphere.
