Hi NCVALERY. When a customer approves work and leaves our service department without indicating they are unhappy, we miss the opportunity to make it right. We also try our best to be thorough and to diagnose definitively, so there is no reoccurring issue for the customer. After reviewing the Repair Order, we see where the confusion came in to play. Our price for the Brake Light Switch is $202. We did charge you an hour of labor at a rate of $135. Those two items were grouped together on your paperwork, instead of being itemized. Please don't hesitate to call back in to our service department with your concerns from today. We encourage our customers to let us know if our pricing needs to be more competitive, and often do honor the lower price.

I agreed to $135 for diagnostics, I was told that would be applied to repairs if I choose to have them performed. This repair should not have been more than that. I already knew what the problem was, and your service department should've as well, since these go bad frequently.
