First Time Visit I was very impressed with the service I received. Ty and his staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. They took great care to keep the interior I was very impressed with the service I received. Ty and his staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. They took great care to keep the interior of my auto clean - covered seats and placed floor mats. The waiting area was clean, roomy and comfortable. The wait time was short. Charges 4 times the amount for labor My 2015 Forester started to flash all the indicator lights. Shortly after, I was unable to shift out of park. As I turned to Google to search, I didn' My 2015 Forester started to flash all the indicator lights. Shortly after, I was unable to shift out of park. As I turned to Google to search, I didn't even have to enter all of the words before my complaint was populated, and in seconds I found that the issue was a brake switch. Myrepairpal states that the average for parts and labor is $107. I took my car to the dealership, assuming they would be as knowledgeable as Google, and fix it right. I was told there was $135 one hour diagnostic fee that would be credited to any repairs. I was called and informed that the issue was the brake switch (which I knew from a less than minute google search). 40 minutes after I was called that the repair was done. I was charged 3 hours labor, for a total of over $400. This is easily a 15 minute repair. Will never be back. More

rushed, poor service, quoted $400 and payed $600+ I had a very poor experience. I have been coming to this dealership for over a year and found out that my tires had not been rotated the past two serv I had a very poor experience. I have been coming to this dealership for over a year and found out that my tires had not been rotated the past two services because I had “declined” tire rotation. I had not declined that service. Th salesperson was quite short with my questions and there does not seem to be communication between salespeople. I will not be back, due to damage on my tires from not being rotated and for lack of communication among the salespeople and corporate office. More
