This will be my last visit to this dealership. I feel like I was taken advantage, almost like they were hoping I would just take their word for what "needs" to be done. I've never had an experience like this before at other dealerships. I'm very disappointed. More

I spent a few minutes looking at the door Dropped by Capital Parts Department to pick up Door Ddge Guards and License Tag Frame for my '18 Crosstrek. I spent a few minutes looking at the door edge guards and how they would be installed. I spoke with a young man in service and he gave me the plus and minuses of doing it myself or having the service department install them. I decided that I would save myself a lot of angst and have them installed at Capital. Took maybe 30 minutes. It would have taken me 2 hours and would have cursed from start to finish. Very efficient and friendly people. More
