Blown transmission.......OUCH!!! Had never dealt with Capital before. Wife was on her way to NC from our home in VA and blew a transmission. Capital was closest. Service department was very honest, open and friendly. Being an expensive repair I told them I wouldn't be able to pay for a week or so. They took my word and made the repair and held my wife's car safely without any additional charges for storage until we could back there and settle up. When we came in paying up and getting back on the road it was an enjoyable experience with everyone being so helpful and smiles. These guys do solid work and have a great team. The car drives like it was brand new and that is important as that is our families 5th Subaru in the last 35 years and my wife won't drive anything else....she loves her car. Thanks Capital and keep it up. We will make the drive to you in the future for all of our heavy maintenance needs. More

Finally, a haggle free dealership! I had been looking for months at at least 5 different makes of vehicles. We drove from 1 1/2 hours away to drive a Subaru Crosstrek found online, (whi I had been looking for months at at least 5 different makes of vehicles. We drove from 1 1/2 hours away to drive a Subaru Crosstrek found online, (which beat every other dealership online we had checked) and Chantel was very patient with my questions and indecisiveness. Happy to say we bought the Crosstrek which I absolutely LOVE! Our only complaint, which is small, was the wait time for all the financial paperwork, but they were short handed, so to be expected. We will most definitely recommend Capital Subaru dealership to anyone looking in the future and happy to be part of the Subaru family! More
