Only downside was the add-ons which weren’t negotiable (seat protector, et cetera) of $400. If not for that, I would rate my experience 5 stars. (And I loathe car buying, so that is a compliment.) The overall experience was very smooth and everybody that we worked with was very friendly. We arrived fairly close to closing time but our salesperson, Tony Posey, was more than willing to give us the time we needed to drive a couple cars, ask questions, and finally make our purchase decision. Tony also worked with our bank to get all the financing paperwork squared away, which was helpful. Scott Minervini helped us with all of the final document signing and was a pleasure to work with. We contacted several dealers before finally deciding to make the trip up to Capital Hyundai of Greensboro. We live about an hour and a half away from the dealership so we were a little hesitant to make the trip but are very glad that we did. We are happy with the product, the price, and the staff.
