From the beginning to the end I am not sure his presentation of your company was acceptable. He immediately told us he was heading home until we got there, also told us he was not a Subaru finance guy and was confused with the paperwork, at one point he spent time to convince our grandmother he was discounting the count even more by $400+ dollars only because he couldn't figure out based on the buyers order how to key in the correct information. I myself and in finance and deal with loans on a daily basis, after I explained that to him and he clearly understood my frustration proceeded to tell me " I have never sat in his shoes" Had I not had my grandmother sitting in the room I would have left the dealership. Appalled to say the least. More
