We were charged for services such as additives We were charged for bogus services and products that were not needed such as additives and crankcase cleaning. It also appears we were charged twice f We were charged for bogus services and products that were not needed such as additives and crankcase cleaning. It also appears we were charged twice for our oil change. I know this sounds sexist but My wife went by herself and was taken advantage of because she did not know what they were doing. Our 100.00 service cost 241.00. Next time If there is a next time I will take the vehicle in myself. More

Hospitable, courteous, and caring. I had a wonderful experience at Capital. They worked with me to get a very fair deal on a new Subaru Crosstrek. This vehicle is my dream car and Gwynn, Terri, and Brian were incredibly nice and while they did their job, they were the opposite of the stereotypical pushy car dealership. I would definitely recommend and will probably return in the future when my family needs a new car. More

Surprised I have always had 5 star experiences until this last one. I was there 5.5 hours to get new tires, new battery and oil change. I was told upfront how I have always had 5 star experiences until this last one. I was there 5.5 hours to get new tires, new battery and oil change. I was told upfront how long it would take and no one gave me an update. At the 3 hour mark , I found someone to talk to...was told it would be another hour and it was actually 2 hours: This is not typical so overall you will still be a 5 but you need to hear this. More
