New car purchase. Enjoyed dealing with Bob Cooley, sales person, at Capital Subaru. Did not have in stock what my wife wanted, but found on and had it on the lot in 2 Enjoyed dealing with Bob Cooley, sales person, at Capital Subaru. Did not have in stock what my wife wanted, but found on and had it on the lot in 2 days. He came in on his day off to close the deal and took a lot of time explaining the new vehicle to us. This vehicle was detailed and ready when we got there. Went way beyond what most salesman have in the past. Would highly recommend to all my friends. Scott Minervin, the finance person was also excellent to deal with. Was not high pressure in pushing all the extras that come with this process. Took time to explain each option, but did'nt pressure us. Really was a great expirence. More

Overprices oil change/questionable multipoint inspectionc Oil change about 40 % more expensive that other auto shops. Bill shows a multipoint inspection was performed. On other visits, received a list of t Oil change about 40 % more expensive that other auto shops. Bill shows a multipoint inspection was performed. On other visits, received a list of the items inspected with the result. No inspection result attached to bill. Vehicle has 90, 600 miles and maintenance manual lists items to be inspected and some to be replaced, such as air filters. While I would not expect the oil change cost to include all those 90,000 mile items , I would expect you yo suggest the air filters be replaced since they are on the list and possibly some other items to make sure my vehicle is safe and operating properly.. Since Capital is not doing it job, will go back to other auto shops By the way, an 8+/_% shop supplies is a crock. More
