check cause of warning lights Cause was determined to be a bad valve body ( cost $1700 ). That was repaired, but traction control and ABS waning lights appeared again. I buy a new car every 3 years and plan on returning to Capital for my next purchases...There are 2 employees that deserve special recognition for providing consistently great service each time I visit... Ty Williams in the Service Department and Din Mio in support are customer service super stars... These 2 employees go out of their way to make sure everything goes smoothly..They are friendly, professional and they listen, which is why I keep coming back to Capital Subaru... More

Great first experience for 6000 mile check and inspection This experience was great. Friendly staff and it took the exact amount of time that they suggested. The waiting room is comfortable with tv and desk space as well as a refreshment station. They did not try to sell me tons of stuff that I did not need. I will use this service department again. The only glitch was that I made the appointment the week before over the phone. When ZI arrived they had no record of my appointment but took me right in anyway. Great experience. More
