WHY WOULD I BOTHER TO BUY ANYWHERE ELSE? I have just bought my fifth consecutive Subaru, and my dealership is Capital Subaru of Greensboro NC. After that many cars, you get to know the staff I have just bought my fifth consecutive Subaru, and my dealership is Capital Subaru of Greensboro NC. After that many cars, you get to know the staff including management, sales, and service. I can honestly say that I've never enjoyed better relationships with people in the automotive industry. My wife says I am neurotic--and perhaps she's right. I've owned over 75 cars, trucks, tractors, and other wheeled vehicles in my life. My philosophy is that I should either drive the wheels off my car, or get a new model every year. So, for the past 25 years, I've been able to talk myself into the latter. And there is just no other dealership in this area that has the level of personnel and service that Capital does. I should know because I dealt with two other Greensboro dealerships before I found Capital. I would not keep coming back if I didn't get fair pricing, professional sales help, and excellent service. Capital affords me all of those--and more. It's nice to do business with honest, friendly people. Bob Cooley has been my sales guy for 15 years. Their general sales manager, Bill Thomas, does not play games with numbers. Their service manager, Dale Ozment really cares that his customers get the necessary work done right the first time. I know many other folks who work there, and have nothing negative to say about anyone I've met. Capital is where I will continue to buy my cars. Why would I bother to buy anywhere else? More
I had the most amazing time with Ty. What a great job he did I needed to get some warranty work done. The car was going to have to stay at the dealership for several days.
