Bad Customer Care! Well i got my 2018 Tuson from them and went to get the oil changed and tires rotated and when i left i had an accident. The front driver tire fell off just before i got on the interstate to go home. This could have taken my life. Thank God traffic was not coming behind me. I was all upset nervous and everything. Thank God i didnt get hurt. They told me everybody makes mistakes but there was nothing they were going to do about it....they fixed my car. I told them i didnt want that car anymore. They could give me the same kind of car i didnt care what color it was i just didnt want the other one back. So they have strung me alone long enough....im just gonna have to take that Tuson back. No one ask what can we do for you to make this right! More
