Car service for 18000 mile check Communication is not their strong suit. Their website to schedule an appointment has some flaws. I had to reschedule my initial appointment, but still received reminders of the 1st one that should have been canceled when it was rescheduled. Upon arrival, my service representative was not extremely friendly and argued with me about my maintenance plan without giving any information about the partial plan that I had. Instead I had to go find the person who finished up our sale a year ago in the showroom. He was in a meeting but called me back to let me know the situation. Meanwhile, I had left the car to be serviced. Upon receiving the call from the service representative, I came back to retrieve the car. She explained the partial service agreement with me but in a demeaning fashion. She also told me that they could not find the random occurring problems when they took it out for a test. I understand random issues are hard to pinpoint but the way she explained it, it came across as though I was mistaken or making up the problem. One problem was with the high beams. How can they check that out on a sunny morning? Again the app for letting customers know their car is ready fir pickup is flawed. An hour after taking the car I got a phone call, an email and a text telling me my car was ready to pick up! I assume the tire rotation, oil change and the added items that I had to pay for were completed. I also thought my car would have been washed but I guess that was another dealership that included that in every service. Yes, part of the problem was my misunderstanding of my service agreement but it could have been handled with a bit more information given at the time I arrived. I had no issues with the receptionist nor management. More

I think I was almost looking for a reason to run out of the dealership, right down to the last second. But, they hung in there with me. Especially Chris Williams. I'm so glad because I LOVE my new car, a 2018 Hyundai Tucsan. And because i accepted only a deal I can afford, im not anxious about it. It's pure joy. More

He wouldn’t do the work ups and hey if I don’t know how much my payment is going to be each month, then how do I know if I can afford the car? Then I asked to speak with the manager and his reply to me was “no. What do you need him for?” I got up and walked over to the manager and asked him for the work ups. My husband came in from the lot because I’d called him because I was ready to get back in our car and go home and not purchase anything! We were there because we wanted a new car, not because we needed a car. Bottom line: I’d NEVER go there again! More

Repair completed in less than an hour I had to have the taillight on my 2015 Subaru Forester replaced. Unfortunately, the part was not in stock and had to be ordered.
